We believe in experiences, not just products. Each piece of Velatti Jewellery has its history. The workshop and the studio are in Barcelona, where our team of artisans works day by day to create unique pieces using the most artisanal and traditional processes.
OUR HISTORY
Velatti is a Spanish company founded in 2008 by Sandra Acosta and Xavier Ibáñez, dedicated exclusively to selling semi-precious stones. Although both founders were trained in corporate management, their interests and love of design and natural materials transformed Velatti into a jewellery company, creating unique, different and innovative and jewels, with their own personality. The company is 100% family-owned, and more than 500 sales outlets, including jewellers, specialised establishments and department stores offer their designs, in more than 25 countries all over the world.
CREATIVE DESIGN
Sandra Acosta (1973) was born in Barcelona, where she grew up surrounded by modernist architecture and avant-garde design. After studying jewellery in the Industrial School in Barcelona, she has been continuously creating her own designs. “I like to design thinking about all those special moments you have in your everyday life; for this reason, every design is different, unique and unrepeatable”.
